Your tickets are emailed with scannable codes as soon as your order is confirmed. Check your inbox and your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Use the resend form above, or email support@easyentry.com.au with the email you used at checkout.
They should arrive within minutes of booking. If not, check your junk/spam folder and make sure you're looking in the inbox for the email address you used at checkout.
No — you can show the ticket codes on your phone from the confirmation email. Only print them if the event organiser specifically asks you to.
Refunds and booking changes are handled by the event organiser under their own refund policy. Contact them using the link in your confirmation email. Per-ticket fees on paid events are not refundable.
No. Accounts are only for event organisers. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets as your record of purchase.
It means you — or sometimes a family member — booked an event through EasyEntry. Look it up above using your email, or contact support and we'll help identify it.

Free events are always free. Paid tickets carry a $0.50 per-ticket fee ($0.15 for tickets priced $5.00 or under) plus a 2.5% all-inclusive processing fee. See the Pricing page for a full breakdown.
Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts for paid events. We recommend transferring funds after the event has taken place so refunds stay simple.
Yes — set items up as ticket types (alongside tickets or on their own). Standard fees apply, and items priced $5.00 or under get the lower $0.15 per-item fee.
Yes, you can edit your event at any time. If a change affects existing bookings, we recommend emailing those buyers from the console to let them know.

Yes. Set an event to unlisted and share its URL privately, with optional password protection for an extra layer of control.
Every page is served over HTTPS, personal data is encrypted and hosted in Australia, and we never store full card numbers.
